JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work alongside central teams to ensure that the content roadmap is positioned and executed in line with the local customer value proposition and that we are competitive on game launches.
- Be a local expert and deeply understand the market, product, and your customers. You will feed in requirements to the relevant teams to improve local journeys and experiences.
- Monitor and analyse the data collected from websites and other assets to ultimately make improvements.
- Manage customer campaigns to drive retention and customer growth objectives (news, themes, churn reduction, and upsell).
- Actively collaborate with colleagues from other departments.
- Work closely with the Customer Support team to identify and fix customer journeys and reduce contact drivers.
- Perform competitor and market analysis.
- Manage content in terms of translating and editing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent writing skills in Swedish and English.Ability to take ownership of projects and work as a team.
- Previous experience working in iGaming with a focus on casino.
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong research and writing skills and attention to detail;
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
