About this opportunity
In Ericsson Supply Site Tallinn (ESST) we are breaking the waves of what is possible in manufacturing! We are building a Smart Manufacturing and Technology Hub where Industry 4.0 will become Industry 5.0.
In this scope we have been developing a new collaborative, cognitive robotic assembly platform called ECAP. We are looking for a new Product Owner for ECAP to steer the development towards improving value for engineers and production.
In ESST, we work flexibly at home, in the office, in our labs and on the production floor. We are results oriented, with can-do attitude and belief that "I do not win, unless the team wins".
Product Owner key tasks:
- Align product Vision, Strategy and Goals with Stakeholders.
- Create and maintain product development roadmap.
- Orchestrate Software and Hardware releases to internal customers.
- Report on product development progress, risks and budget.
You will bring
Experience
A Higher education with experience in hardware and software product development is encouraged. Experience in product ownership, project management or team leading is essential. Experience in manufacturing is an advantage.

Our Product Owner is someone who will always act with Integrity while intuitively seeking Collaboration with others. Candidate should appreciate Professionalism in themselves and others and have confidence to Speak-up to authority and to listen to feedback. The want to make fact-based and fearless decisions.
Skills & Knowledge
As an expert, engage the audience and help them assess the business value of desired or proposed features. Spoken and written English at least on level C1 is required.
