Requirements for candidates:
- At least 3 years of work experience in C-level or equivalent leadership positions in internet-based or tech companies;
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, or IT;
- Leadership skills to motivate and inspire and provide support to the team;
- Management skills to set clear goals and provide guidance to the team;
- Strategic thinking and planning skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrated capability in data analysis and leveraging data for decision-making;
- Business acumen and being result-oriented;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Hands-on and contributor to the team;
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Team leadership, setting and tracking OKR (Objectives and Key Results) for the team and building a collaborative and creative work environment;
- Driving innovation and identifying opportunities for business growth, exploring new marketing channels, technologies, and tactics to stay ahead of the competition;
- Data, analytics and performance tracking & reporting;
- Conducting market research, and working closely with product teams to develop product messaging, and go-to-market plans;
- Preparing reports for Managing partner;
- Providing support and leadership to senior management roles such as (Commercial Director, Finance Director, SEO Director, Product&Marketing Director);
