JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Remote and on-site IT Support & engineering to cover Desktop, LAN and WLAN requirements

• BAU support of daily tasks, i.e., user administration and IT troubleshooting for hardware, software & IT processes

• Identify and resolve IT problems for customers via analysis, troubleshooting and testing of solutions

• Providing advice and guidance to customers on IT processes and issues. Organizing training for customers and creation of user manuals

• Act as the go to person for business questions and problems for IT related matters.

• 3rd party support communication including hardware/software vendors, I.e printer maintenance (coordination with printer supplier company)

• Provide recommendations for procedural and technical improvements via analysis of common and recurring IT issues

• Work with wider IT team, Business, and internal controls to ensure security controls are in place in line with Inchcape cyber security framework

• Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal & external IT teams, partners, stakeholders, and vendors

• Support to update and setup new local OEM specific devices, e.g., diagnostic tools and other OEM specific devices

• Manage hardware (procurement, inventory) and conduct desktop installation/updates. Incl. software installations

• Support resolution of any major/critical incidents with triage and troubleshooting and collaboration with global support, external parties, or wider IT teams

• Support internal Inchcape IT projects where appropriate and applicable

• Good technical and functional understanding of end user equipment
• Demonstrable experience of providing IT support
• Innovative and proactive approach to problem solving
• Able to improve processes and identify gaps and / or improvement
• Active Directory, Office365, Printer maintenance and Windows knowledge
• Fluency in Estonian and English
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Drivers license (B category)
