We're seeking someone who excels in Estonian copywriting, understands the value of consistent content, possesses deep social media knowledge, and has a proven track record in team and project management. No design or editing skills are necessary as we have a dedicated team for that. However, we are eagerly waiting for someone who can write awesomely!

What your day-to-day role would look like:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media content strategy that reflects our brand's identity and personality.
• Showcasing excellent grammar skills, a strong command of the English language, and outstanding proficiency in Estonian.
• Creating and publishing engaging, high-quality content across various social media platforms, including short videos, TikTok, reels, and more.
• Analyzing social media performance, including the impact of ads, and making necessary adjustments to the content strategy.
• Proactively exploring new and creative ways to connect with our social media followers and expand our brand's audience.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Collaborating with other members of the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
