We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Tartu or Tallinn (or hybrid/remote). As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing Search Engine marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as brand, design, and IT to optimize our marketing campaigns and ensure we are meeting our performance goals.

Main responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns from start to finish (including Search,
• Display & Discovery, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Create, manage, and optimize Microsoft Ads campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and develop strategies that align with business objectives
• Optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis to improve performance and ROI, leveraging data-driven insights and testing hypotheses
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing assets such as ad copy, creatives, and landing pages
• Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
• Create and present performance reports highlighting key metrics and trends
