About this opportunity

Welcome to Nordea Operations located in Tallinn. We add value by supporting branches and executing various tasks in savings and investments service area for our customers in the Finnish Market in Business, Personal and Private Banking segments. By constantly improving our ways of working and processes, we contribute to creating great customer experiences. We are a valuable part of the value-chain and with each assignment done in Operations we represent Nordea. We provide world-class service by handling our deliveries according to best execution - high efficiency and high quality with first-time right mentality.

What you will be doing: 
• Using your Finnish skills to cope with Finnish documents and systems
• Reviewing, analysing and handling different cases of complexity with high passion for delivering quality and value for our customers
• Improving your own working processes and procedures
