To support its expansion, Xfly is looking for P145 – Maintenance Planner to plan and coordinate maintenance activities in accordance with operator requests. The position requires close cooperation with technical staff and the logistics department to ensure that workflow is uninterrupted.
Tasks:
- Review, analyze organize customer work packages for the maintenance department.
- Monitor manpower, material and tooling requirements for proper completion of works.
- Liaise with the customer regarding any changes in work scedule.
- Create parts and tooling requisitions as required.
- Carry out aircraft maintenance related administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and monitor all station activities, shifts and planned works as needed to meet deadlines.
- Ensure that completed work documentation is up to regulatory and contractual standards.
- Perform other duties as instructed by the Maintenance Manager.
Requirements:
- Ability to work with others as part of a team and work under tight constraints and high-stress situations.
- Good level of English, both spoken and written in combination with strong communication skills.
- Good prioritization and organization skills.
- Aviation education or general work experience in aviation is considered an asset but is not required.
- Knowledge of ATR/CRJ/A320 would be beneficial.
- A clean criminal record for issuance of an airside security pass.
- Eligible to live and work in the EU.
