We are looking for a dedicated Senior Systems Specialist Linux (IT Infrastructure area) to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of projects and responsible for managing and maintaining Linux-based environments. You'll collaborate with colleagues from the Baltics and Sweden both remotely and on-site.

If you have experience and interest in the following areas:

• Linux OS (CentOS/RHEL, SLES, Ubuntu, Rocky).
• Linux security hardening using CIS and SCAP Security Guides.
• User session failover handling and High Availability solutions (Percona, Galera Clusters, Squid proxy, Redis).
• Load Balancing/Reverse Proxy (HAProxy, Nginx).
• Automation tools (Katello, Foreman, AWX, Ansible, Puppet).
• Virtualized and cloud hosting technologies (VMware, Azure cloud).
• Monitoring systems (Zabbix).

What we expect from you:

• Proactive thinking and the ability to anticipate problems, identify issues, and develop solutions.
• A willingness to learn and stay updated on new technologies.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• The ability to travel across the Baltics.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Mitigating issues to ensure the availability of business services according to agreed SLA's.
• Identifying the organization's IT system requirements and building the necessary infrastructure.
• Implementing security measures for Linux environments.
• Improving and developing monitoring services based on Zabbix.
• Contributing to IT solution development, implementation, and improvement projects.
• Coordinating and supporting the problem-solving process for Linux-based IT infrastructure.
• Verifying that systems meet quality standards and comply with rapidly changing IT environment procedures.
