Nordic Aviation Group has grown to become the biggest aviation group in Estonia. The Airline is 100% owned by the Republic of Estonia and offers strategic partnership by providing long-term flight services to other European airlines. We have colleagues of over 30 different nationalities and bases in Tallinn (headquarters), Stockholm, Gällivare, Copenhagen, Aarhus, Vilnius and Turku.
The Group is currently operating a fleet of 15 aircraft. In 2022, the airline will expand its fleet to include the Airbus A320.
Responsibilities:
- Developing training materials for cabin crew training in cooperating with the manager cabin crew training
- Preparing classroom materials and other documents such as training footprints
- Organizing and booking rooms, instructors
- Keeping an overview of all ongoing and planned training activities
- Archiving and collecting training folders and record keeping
- Collaborates with the other stakeholders in the training department/training team
Requirements:
- Good computer skills (MS office package)
- Structured way of working
- Experience in the aviation sector is an advantage but not a must
- Previous experience as an assistant in similar role is desirable
