◉ A proven track record of analyst experience, preferably Bachelor degree with at least 7 years of experience or Masters degree with at least 4 years of experience

◉ Ability to write well in Estonian and English

◉ Experience with project management or interest in gaining the experience

◉ Preferably have experience in law enforcement sector, health care sector or Fintech

◉ Love solving difficult challenges to present innovative solutions

◉ Have interest in translating business requirements to the language of information system solutions

◉ Have the ability to clearly communicate complex environments and situations

◉ Can translate your vision into clear actionable items

◉ Love creating plans and love when plan comes together

◉ Can define clear and measurable goals and set priorities

◉ Can communicate within the team and provide overview of the project progress.

◉ Follow up with the project team on work delegated to them and have clear understanding of whether or not they are progressing as expected

◉ Would like to move towards management position
