As a Quality Engineer You will:
• Collect, monitor and report production quality data, highlight critical production quality issues, set up and monitor relevant quality targets
• Coordinate production and engineering team activities in quality problem solving via root cause analysis
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions and closing follow-up (workmanship related failures, analysis and corrective actions)
• Create & update of product specific and general quality procedures & instructions
• Participate in PFMEA, creation and following-up control plans
• Participate in factory internal audits
• Lead process audits
• Provide quality related trainings in case of need
To succeed in this role, it is important You shall have:
• Work experience in Production processes
• Know-how in statistics and Six Sigma tools is a good advantage
• College or University degree in Technics
• Strong personal drive and good social skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good verbal and written English; Estonian and Russian on communication level
