Join Test Technology, Test Hardware Development team as we are gearing up for the future! We are looking for a manager for System & Electronics Design team. You will lead 12 engineers responsible for test system & electronics design. As a development leader you will teach, coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will foster a creative and learning culture and drive Technology evolution for our HW development. You will belong to the Test Hardware Development leadership team and contribute to developing and implementing strategies to enable our company success!

As a Manager of System Design, you will:

• Be responsible for Technology development for Test System Hardware
• Jointly work on R&D new methods development for testing Baseband and Radio products
• Handle stakeholder management
• Optimize HW development methodologies
• Work on team’s talent & competence development
• Handle strategic deliveries to enable Technology development needed for current and future product releases

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Education: degree in Engineering
• More than 3 years of work experience
• Domain experience: Technical leadership, testing, HW design, Agile ways of working
• Customer insight & business understanding
• Excellent leadership skills
• Engineering (problem-solving) mindset
• Coaching & mentoring skills
• Excellent negotiation & communication skills
• Ability to formulate strategies and new concepts
