• Drive efficient projects: ensure milestones and scorecard achievement (quality, cost, time, deliveries, communication flows)
• With the project team, play an important role in product industrialization with design and production in Supply sites globally, integrating all needed functions in projects to ensure milestones and deliverables
• Act as a leader and inspire your team members to enable highly motivated & high-performing project teams

• Higher education in field of engineering, SCM, business administration or relevant work experience
• Fluent English in speaking, reading and writing
• A desire to make work fun and enjoyable
• Full drive and a collaborative mindset: “You don’t win unless the team wins”
• You are excellent storyteller based on facts, in oral and written presentations, proposals, specifications, and reports
