As a Manager of Inventory Control, you will:

  • Be responsible for Inventory control team performance and competence development
  • Analyze, lead and develop Inventory control activities and follow-up process performance
  • Propose and drive structured improvements to secure inventory accuracy
  • Ensure Material Handling compliance to Ericsson Key Controls requirements
  • Interact and cooperate with internal stakeholders and external auditors
  • Support and coach your team talents

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Higher education (relevant work experience in Material Handling or Warehouse Logistics would be an advantage)
  • Strong leadership, managerial and teamwork skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adopt to changes and can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English and Russian in speaking, reading and writing
  • SAP experience would be an advantage
