As a Manager of Inventory Control, you will:
- Be responsible for Inventory control team performance and competence development
- Analyze, lead and develop Inventory control activities and follow-up process performance
- Propose and drive structured improvements to secure inventory accuracy
- Ensure Material Handling compliance to Ericsson Key Controls requirements
- Interact and cooperate with internal stakeholders and external auditors
- Support and coach your team talents
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Higher education (relevant work experience in Material Handling or Warehouse Logistics would be an advantage)
- Strong leadership, managerial and teamwork skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adopt to changes and can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English and Russian in speaking, reading and writing
- SAP experience would be an advantage
