You as an Automation Improvement Manager will:
- Drive automation improvement activities and technology leadership in logistics
- Define product vision, build a roadmap, and investigate opportunities
- Develop business cases, assess their value, and implement new projects
- Prepare assignments and create specifications for new equipment
- Manage project backlog and provide and active role in mitigating impediments
- Test new concepts together with team of specialists
- Make relevant trainings for employees
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- University degree in a technical field or logistics
- 2 years’ experience in process development or project management
- Skills of formulating strategies and concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Creative visionary approach
