We help our customers streamline end-to-end sales and consumption of any cloud and non-cloud service or product. The Cloudmore product automates and optimizes business processes, including service procurement, provisioning, management, billing, cost allocation, and governance.
We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst for our Commerce Orchestration Platform team.
You would be:
- Working closely with the product team to understand business requirements in order to translate them into technical specifications;
- Defining, documenting and communicating each function that the system is required to implement in the form of a technical specification for the development team;
- Liaising with all stakeholders to discuss analysis and progress;
- Assisting QA team for feature tests throughout the testing phase;
Our team uses Agile SCRUM methodology with 2-week iterations to constantly deliver new value to our customers while embracing remote work possibilities with the distributed team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional who likes to use the best approaches and technology stack in day to day life of growing SaaS product.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working as the Systems/Technical Analyst;
- Prior experience working in a product or SaaS company;
- Excellent analytical skills and broad experience with requirements engineering;
- Sufficient technical expertise to understand main technical details and validate provided APIs;
- Fluent English;
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
- Ability to complete goals with minimal supervision.
