Position offered: PRODUCT CONFIGURATION MANAGER

Stoneridge Electronics develop products mainly for the automotive industry. Product development is done in development projects.
As a Product Configuration Manager you are a structured and thorough person with good communication skills. Your responsibility is to create and maintain and release the structure of product documents in development projects. You will also support changes for existing products.

Job description, tasks:
• Identify variants/configurations of products and create product documentation structure.
• Inform about the product documentation structure within the projects
• Enter Bill Of Materials in the company business system
• Release product documentation to manufacturing
• Educate in processes (documentation, product numbering, version handling)
• Identify and suggest improvements of the company processes (documentation, product numbering, version handling)

Expected candidate has:
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Engineering degree
• Product development knowledge
• >3 years of industrial experience
• Configuration management experience is an advantage
