Bolt is shaping a future where cities are built for people, not cars. What started as an ambitious project of a 19-year-old in 2013 has grown into a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries.
From ride-hailing and food delivery to scooters, e-bikes, and car-sharing, Bolt helps people move through cities every day. Small, autonomous teams drive this work, combining the speed and ownership of a startup with the scale of a global technology company backed by more than €1bn in funding.
And we're just getting started.
Why join Bolt?
- Build the future of mobility and help transform how people live and move in cities.
- Tackle challenges at scale that span technology, operations, regulation, and growth.
- Take real ownership early. Small, lean teams mean your decisions matter from day one, and you'll learn fast alongside some of the best people in the industry.
- Join one of Europe's leading technology companies, backed by world-class investors including Sequoia.
About the role
Bolt's support assistant already resolves a large share of customer issues instantly. The next step is the hard one: multi-step cases, judgment under policy, actions in internal tools, languages and markets with thin data. You design and ship the agentic resolution programs that get us there, with the policy as the specification and the customer's outcome as the test.
As Agentic Program Manager you own a portfolio of resolution programs end to end: the intent families, the policies they execute, the tools they call, the evaluation they must pass and the metrics they move. You work with the automation engineering team that builds the platform, with the policy and economics leads who own the rules, and with Quality and Evals who decide whether it is good enough to scale.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Own a set of contact intents from first analysis to full automation: define the resolution logic from policy, specify tool actions and guardrails, and write the acceptance tests.
- Design bounded autonomy: what the agent may decide, what it must escalate, how a fair no is explained and how an appeal is routed.
- Run the experiment and release cycle with the automation team: A/B tests, shadow modes, staged rollouts by market, kill criteria.
- Move the numbers that matter: automated resolution share with satisfaction and reopens at or above human, and cost per contact.
- Document what you learn so the next intent takes a week, not a quarter.
About you:
- You've shipped LLM-based or agentic systems that act on real customer cases, not demos, and you've owned their quality after launch.
- You think in policies, states and failure modes. You can write a specification an engineer and a quality lead both accept.
- You're fluent in prompt and routine design, evaluation methods and the trade-offs between autonomy and control, and you can read code.
- You've worked in customer support, operations or a two-sided marketplace and respect what a frontline expert knows.
- You build credibility with business leaders and engineers, communicate directly and challenge decisions with evidence. You're rigorous about data quality and honest about what the results show.
- You work effectively with few management layers, take ownership of outcomes, move quickly and use resources thoughtfully.
