Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer’s SPOT requests
- Processing Sales Orders and liasing with the Operations Team to ensure smooth execution
- Providing follow up information to customers
- Proactively contacting new and existing clients to drive sales and strengthen relationships
- Ensuring quality reporting
About you:
- You are service minded and with a genuinely positive, can-do attitude
- You are well organized and have the ability to notice details
- A fast paced environment does not give you goose bumps
- Previous experience in a customer support role or sales is a strong advantage
- Native level of Estonian and profficient English skills are a minimum, Russian will be a significant advantage
