What We're Looking For
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to own recruitment for the organisation. This is a hands-on role covering the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding — with a strong focus on international hiring. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoy building recruitment processes as much as running them, we look forward to receiving your application.
Essential
- 3+ years of experience in a Recruiter or similar talent acquisition role, owning the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through onboarding
- Proven experience recruiting internationally, across multiple countries and labour markets
- A collaborative team player who builds strong working relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Demonstrated experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and structured hiring processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Desirable
- Experience recruiting for technology, engineering, or manufacturing roles
- Familiarity with recruiting in regulated or technical industries

Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring criteria
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process, ensuring a strong candidate experience
- Provide regular pipeline updates and recruitment metrics to leadership
Onboarding
- Take ownership of onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth and well-organised transition from offer acceptance to first weeks on the job
- Prepare and/or coordinate onboarding documentation, equipment, and access ahead of each new hire's start date
- Act as the new hire's main point of contact during onboarding, addressing questions and troubleshooting issues as they come up
