We are looking for a highly experienced Senior IT Service Continuity Specialist to take a leading role in ensuring the resilience and availability of our critical IT services.

This is a senior-level position, intended for professionals who bring hands-on experience, strong ownership, and deep understanding of IT Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery practices. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, drive continuity initiatives across the organization, and ensure alignment with both business priorities and regulatory requirements.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Ensure that IT resilience and continuity measures are in place across the whole organization.

  • Ensure that IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) plans are developed, implemented, and maintained in alignment with business needs.

  • Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses for IT services to identify critical systems and dependencies.

  • Ensure that disaster recovery tests and exercises are coordinated and executed in compliance with internal and external standards.

  • Collaborate with IT teams and business units to integrate continuity strategies into daily operations.

  • Monitor and report on continuity performance, recommending and implementing improvements where needed.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Strong, proven experience in IT Service Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or IT Resilience (senior-level hands-on background is essential)

  • Ability to work independently and confidently engage with senior stakeholders, driving decisions and improvements

  • Deep understanding of Business Continuity & ITSCM frameworks, ITIL practices, Regulatory expectations (e.g., DORA or similar)

  • Ability to analyse complex systems and identify potential risks

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including ability to challenge and influence when needed

  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, ISO 22301, DRII) are a strong advantage.

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is required
