Looking for PetCity HR Business Partner Estonia
We are seeking an independent HR Business Partner with a can do attitude to support Pet City's operations in Estonia. You should enjoy both daily HR tasks and creating improved processes for the future. As the only HR professional in Estonia, you'll work closely with local managers, providing support in all HR matters. You'll also be part of Musti Group's international HR team and report to the Head of Group HR. One of your initial tasks will be ramping up the local HR activities and priorities.
In this role, your mission is to build and ensure smooth and professional HR services, enhance employee experience and engagement, and support organizational efficiency through practical, people-focused actions. You'll implement and drive group-level HR processes locally in alignment with Mustis annual HR plan, ensuring that the people practices are compliant and add value to the business. Your role covers the full employee lifecyclefrom onboarding and training new leaders to leading HR projects and ensuring smooth payroll.
Key responsibilities:
· Provide daily HR support and advice to managers.
· Lead and support HR projects and changes.
· Train and onboard new managers in HR practices and tools.
· Coordinate HR KPI reporting, payroll, and occupational safety.
· Act as the local superuser for HR Master system, ATS and shift planning system.
· Drive employee experience, engagement, and operational efficiency.
