To support our operations and ensure continued excellence, we seek an experienced and motivated After-Sales Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for after-sales support for dealers across Sweden, Finland, and the Baltic countries.
- Provide efficient solutions to after-sales inquiries, ensuring prompt issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and monitor the stock of spare parts, ensuring adequate inventory levels and timely reordering from the factory.
- Utilize modern digital technologies to enhance after-sales services and optimize operations.
Your Skills & Competencies
- Experience: Proven experience in after-sales service, logistics, or related roles in the automotive industry.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and systems to optimize operations.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to act decisively in dynamic situations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Swedish or other regional languages is advantageous.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Customer-Oriented: A focus on delivering exceptional service and support to dealers and customers.
- Logistics Knowledge: Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management and transportation logistics.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel within Sweden, Finland, and the Baltic countries as needed.
