We are looking for a Logistic Specialist for the Global Ocean Center located in Tallinn

As a Logistic Specialist,

you work with different production units within the Wood products division, external stakeholders and different departments within the organization to ensure orders are processed correctly and on-time. You´re responsible for providing logistics services within established processes and requirements to ensure a successful delivery service (container and truck deliveries).

Main tasks will be:

booking and documentation of Global Ocean Container shipments
booking handling for truck deliveries customer service support to CSC, Mill, Supply chain and Sales
contact with shipping lines, terminals, container pre-carriage companies, customs and trucking companies for import deliveries
deviation reports
process improvements

This position is for you if you:

have 3-5 years of Overseas experience, alternatively logistics education on university level
have relevant competence/education and experience in the Logistics area
have excellent communication and cooperation skills
are service minded
have ability to work in an international environment
have willingness to take initiative and accept responsibility
support and substitution of team members when needed
have deep competence of MS Office
have profound understanding for the use of the IT systems from an operational and business perspective
are fluent in English and Estonian. Finnish is an advantage.
