Are you passionate about financial markets, financial risk and valuation models?
In this team you have the opportunity to:
- Be no. 1 contact for the market risk management in Life and Non-Life Insurance companies
- Analyze the performance and risk of investment portfolios and prepare risk reports for internal stakeholders.
- Calculate regulatory and economic capital requirements, measure earnings at risk, participate in assessment of Own Risk and Solvency process, conduct add-hoc stress testing exercises
- Conduct the regulatory reporting of the companies' assets in accordance with the Solvency II framework.
- Develop investment portfolio risk models, operational tools, and documentation for managing market risk.
- Contribute to the development of a sustainability risk management framework.
- Have close cooperation with other departments and functions such as Actuaries, Risk and Product Development
- Embrace the flexibility that comes with a hybrid work environment.
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance
- Deep understanding of market risk management, financial instruments and accounting for financial instruments
- Knowledge of Solvency II framework, and other financial sector regulations is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, high accountability
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Advanced MS Excel skills and experience in VBA
In this position, you are expected to work with our cross-border team in Baltics and in the Group.
