Purpose of the role:

The Bombay Commercial Coordinator is responsible for managing and organizing all the materials and resources that the sales, retention, service, and marketing teams require to commercialize Bombay assets. The officer also provides general support to the department regarding bookkeeping and process management. This role is crucial for ensuring operation efficiency, thereby contributing to the overall success of the sales and marketing strategy. Responsibilities include ensuring teams have up-to-date and relevant information, tools, and resources to effectively position Bombays assets.

Key responsibilities: 
  • Innovate and think outside the box and be creative while finding scalable and efficient business and technical solutions for Bombay products and commercial unit daily operations.
  • Maintain and build relationships with the Bombay Commercial unit and other Bombay key stakeholders.
  • Assist CCO in following up on ongoing projects crossing departments. Optimize process efficiency.
  • Track all sales materials (brochures, samples, promotional items, etc.) and maintain an organized inventory system.
  • Distribute materials to the departments within the commercial department as and when needed, and ensure each request for updated information is managed according to specifications and deadlines.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all materials and ensure all sales brochures and tools are accurate and current.
  • Work closely with the Commercial department to understand their material needs. Liaise and communicate with other Bombay stakeholders to create new materials and manage efficient timescales.
  • Ensure all materials meet company standards and brand guidelines. Conduct regular audits to maintain material quality. Think out of the box, and be creative while finding scalable and efficient
  • Assess and utilize all materials across brands to ensure optimal materials are used.
Key skills & experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of prior experience coordinating work in multiple functions such as sales, customer-related roles, customer relationship management, or marketing.
  • Proficiency in managing and tracking multiple projects and resources effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate coordination between teams and ensure a clear understanding of needs.
  • Attention to detail to maintain accuracy in inventory management and material distribution.
  • Ability to anticipate and address issues related to material discrepancies.
  • Strong organizational skills, forward-thinking mindset, and proactive approach.
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging demands to ensure efficient and accurate timelines.
  • Proficiency in English language skills.
