Now we are looking for a Mid and Senior -level QA Engineer to join as the first members of our QA-team in Espoo Finland. In this role, you will engage with the team to discuss user product use scenarios, and based on requirements and design documents, you will develop comprehensive test plans and test cases. You will conduct thorough tests, analyze test results, and evaluate the quality of project deliveries. Additionally, you will write, review, and execute detailed software product test cases. You will also outline product release quality conditions and ensure the software product meets these standards before release.

YOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL:

• Communicate with the team about user product use scenarios and write test plans and test cases according to requirements and design documents.
• Perform tests, check test results, and evaluate project delivery quality.
• Write, review, and execute software product test cases.
• Outline product release quality conditions and ensure the quality of software product releases.

IN ORDER TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, THESE ARE SOME OF MUST-HAVES:

• MS or BS degree in computer science or information technology
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing
• Familiarity with software engineering and software product development processes.
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Knowledge in databases, Linux, and Python

TO TRULY EXCEL IN THE ROLE, THESE ARE SOME OF THE NICE-TO-HAVES:

• Previous management or team leadership experience
