What You Will Do:

  • Provide professional analysis of loan, credit limit and leasing applications and ensure high quality in the preparation of lending projects according to agreed SLAs. 
  • Defend applications at decision-making authority.
  • When required, provide aftersales support, agreement changes/amendments (of relevant products)
  • Ensure excellent customer service and achievement of individual and team targets, lending related KPIs.
  • Ensure that customers are served in accordance with policies (KYC, AML, data security and compliance etc.) and concepts.
  • Ensure proper handling of customer related documents, including signing agreements, archiving, and submitting to further processing and monitoring in timely manner and full scope / quality according to corresponding procedures and policies.
  • Support and provide solutions if needed (including activities in working groups) for Sales units in complicated credit cases.
  • Inform about suspicious and unusual deals or transactions of customers.
  • Ensure data quality and insert data into Banking systems according to existing quality standards, processes and procedures.
  • Organize daily work and activities, proactively plan and execute of tasks in accordance with current requirements, timelines, budget and Luminor values.
  • Propose improvements of processes/products creating value for both the customer and the bank.

What We Expect: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in lending in financial industry and in credit risk field 
  • Knowledge of banking services, products, systems
  • Knowledge of credit processes and credit strategy
  • Degree in Economics, Finance or similar field
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and analytical skills (customer financial and operational analysis) 
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • Information gathering, systematizing, and presenting skills
  • Fluent English and Estonian is required in spoken and written communication
