Your main responsibilties will include:
- Taking care of defined operative PTP tasks within the payments area, handling own area tickets in SNOW tool;
- Handling application errors and user problems;
- Continuous improvement in payments area, seeknig for possibilities of automation;
- Participating in financial projects, system version and upgrade updates as a tester and process designer;
- Monitoring the daily work quality and reporting to team lead based on agreed process.
What we would like from you:
- At least a few years experience in the payments area;
- Fluency in English, Finnish skill is a plus;
- Knowledge of PTP process, tools and systems;
- Knowledge of accounting standards and requirements is a plus;
- SAP knowledge;
- Service mindset and good communication skills;
- Interest in continuous improvement
