The hotel and restaurant is located in city center in southern Norway, with narrow streets and white-painted wooden houses . The hotel is based in a historical wooden building and has interior and atmosphere from the mid 1800s. The city is a really nice and vibrant place during the summer with lots of boats, festivals, tourists and sun bathing people. This is coastal Norway at its best during the summer period.
Working at their a la carte restaurant as well as their sushi menu both in the hotel restaurant and for take-away. They also will open an outdoor terrasse where they will be serving beverages and the a la carte menu as well, so pretty differentiated tasks. The restaurant holds approx. 50 seats plus take away; the quality level on the food is normal dishes, not any gourmet. The main courses consist of fish like fried halibut, steaks from entrecote, venison filet and also a really good burger and lasagna. They also offer on occasions buffet and more traditional Norwegian courses.
