Are you passionate about data, system analysis and keeping services up and running?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Provide maintenance and support of Mortgage Accounting IT systems;
- Investigate, analyze and solve issues in data processing;
- Develop new functionality and software features;
- Execute technical lifecycle activities and propose improvements to raise the efficiency and reduce complexity of maintenance;
- Learn and work with a diverse technology stack, including Teradata, PowerCenter, Jenkins, Oracle;
- Participate in the on-call schedules;
- Be part of an Agile, cross-functional, and supportive team of 10 top level professionals, altogether with Agile Product Owner, Architect, Scrum Master, Business Analysts and other Software Engineers.
What is needed in this role:
- Advanced level of skills in SQL.
- Passion for analyzing and digging into the code to find the root causes of incidents.
- Continuous drive for learning and expanding your knowledge.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Basic level of skills in Git or other software versioning tools.
- Willingness to develop new software functionality as well as perform routine activities.
- Ability to self-organize, prioritize your work and make decisions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or acquiring in IT field, or a great reason for not having one.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written.
Considered as an advantage:
- Previous experience with troubleshooting and analysis of data flow.
- Previous experience with ETL processes and data warehousing.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
