VOLKSWAGEN MARKETING AND PR SPECIALIST | ESTONIAN-SPEAKING 

to be responsible for driving Volkswagen to become #1 brand in the Baltics.

You will : 

• execute market launch and tactical campaigns of Volkswagen Sales and Aftersales products
• create briefs for creative, media, and other marketing partners in close partnership with internal departments and marketing departments members
• communicate with dealers Marketing managers, fulfilling their needs, and overseeing dealer marketing material production
• manage the localization and adaption of global Volkswagen AG marketing and PR materials in close partnership with internal departments, translation, PR, and creative agencies
• manage and initiate local marketing and PR content production in line with Volkswagen CI brand guidelines
• perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected. Plan project resources
• work together with a Digital team to improve Volkswagen social media and online presence, engage with the audience and promote brand awareness
• monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and PR campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
• organize and participate in events, such as auto shows, exhibitions, and product launches, to increase brand visibility
• develop new and maintain existing digital, sales, PR, and After-sales projects in cooperation with other Volkswagen departments
• track the results and deliver reports and analytics
• stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt marketing strategies accordingly

We are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or public relations
• strong knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• strong analytical skills and ability to understand, report, and act on data
• excellent communication skills in Estonian and English, both written and verbal, to effectively craft marketing messages and communicate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
• ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
• experience in crafting press releases, managing PR campaigns, and dealing with media inquiries
• creative thinking, and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing and communication solutions.
• strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• pro-activity, strong desire to grow, and contribute towards Volkswagen success, and passion for the automotive industry
