Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling various sourcing activities, i.e. selecting suppliers, running RfX's, negotiating contracts, following supplier performance with e2e responsibility
- Supporting in sourcing benefits reporting and related ad-hoc analysis
- Participating in projects and helping the business in own field of expertise
We operate in 8 countries and your role will be to ensure that defined sourcing processes are used and implemented throughout Posti Group. You will work closely with Posti suppliers and different Posti teams.
What we would like from you:
- Experience in sourcing or purchasing/buyers role, preferably in an international environment and with virtual teams
- Proven skills in contract negotiation
- Good co-ordination and organizing skills
- Customer service mindset with co-operation and interaction skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to apply and create guidelines
- Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
- Keen on working with figures and collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
- Adaptive to competing demands, different changes and new responsibilities
- Ability to understand and manage processes
