Your influential mission. You will...
- Ensure the stability and optimisation of our mission-critical ITSM solution - ServiceNow
- Work with diverse teams across our branches in Europe
- Deliver advanced information solutions intended to streamline service processes and increase the productivity of Playtech employees
- Cover coordination between stakeholders, as well as take a significant part in technical implementations

- Have experience in administration of the ServiceNow platform or alternative ITSM solutions (2+ years)
- Have a good spoken and written English
- Are able to research and evaluate new technologies and solutions
- Are a quick learner and technical problems solver
- Possess strong communication and planning skills as well as ability to work independently
- Have good interpersonal skills
