Requirements for candidates
- Sales experience - at least 1.5 years, ideally more than 2, mostly as an SDR (Sales Development Representative)
- Experience generating new business (lead generation/outbound)
- Experience with outbound sales automation tools
- At least basic understanding of technology
- Experience in selling to international clients (ideally any of the following - USA, Germany, UK, Canada, Spain, Nordics)
- Minimum B2 level of English (ideally better)
Nice to have:
- Experience with B2B clients
- Experience working in a software agency/recruitment agency OR experience in selling professional services services
- Energetic, dynamic personality (you are addicted to coffee and red bull :P)
- Experience in selling for mid-sized businesses (MSP) and/or startups
- Experience related to account management and scaling on existing clients portfolio
- Partnership management experience
