We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead different cybersecurity related projects. Our cybersecurity department aims to secure organisations from threats in cyberspace.
Your main responsibilities will be to
- Project-based sales and development work, preparing offers
- Project deliveries according to the schedule and budget
- Writing reports and keeping the project documentation up-to-date
- Communication with internal and external partners
- Participating in negotiations with the customers, managing customers expectations
- Leading and supporting the project teams, organising their work
As a successful candidate you must have
- At least 3 years experience with leading teams and IT projects
- Experience with project management tools & methodologies
- Very good command of English and good command of Estonian
- Caring and empathetic attitude toward the team & clients/partners
- Good communication skills
You will stand out by having any of the following:
- Higher education in information technology or cybersecurity
- Interest in cybersecurity
- Experience with European Defence Fund or other international projects
