Your experience and background
- You have experience in similar tasks as described below, experience in financial services sector is an advantage
- You are fluent in English (both spoken and written), any other languages are an advantage
- You are excited about learning new things and putting them into practise
Your daily tasks will be
- Developing a comprehensive compliance and risk awareness culture within the company
- Ensuring that all risks are identified, assessed, measured, monitored and managed by planning conducting, assessing and controlling the risk management activities, also informing the management about it
- Communicating risk policies and processes within the company
- Providing hands-on development of risk models
- Participating in creating sound internal controls and monitoring adherence to them
- Setting plans to manage a crisis or a compliance violation
- Advising the 1st line of defence to define the places where risks manifest themselves and helping the 1st line of defence to manage these risks efficiently
- Participating in drafting and revising the internal procedures of the company in relation to risk management issues
