There are some must haves:

  • A relevant educational background (e.g. in science, business or tech). We do not need a graduation diploma but rather the ability to theoretical thinking and skills for learning. In other words, it´s ok if you are an eternal student as long as you have passed most of your courses.
  • Great Excel skills. Python, VBA or knowing similar coding language is a plus but at least you should have excellent skills in using the most common formulas and functionalities.
  • Previous work experience in retail industry
  • Previous work experience in department store or retail chain
  • Understanding of basic statistical mathematics and experience of some BI-system

In addition, you are a person who enjoys a fast pace working environment and you have a good tolerance for pressure. Finnish skills are considered as a plus.

Why should you join us?

We offer you an interesting position in a rapidly changing retail business with interesting brands. In this job you get to manage and develop the integrated supply chain of the department stores and distribution center using a tool that utilizes artificial intelligence and cloud computing power. In this role you will become (if you are not already) not only a Relex guru, but also a professional in Supply Chain management. If you are interested in developing your capabilities (e.g. coding or end-to-end retail process understanding) this is the position for you.

You will join our forward-looking community and an international network of colleagues. We have low hierarchy, and we value new and innovative ideas, which gives You possibility to influence. You will get a competitive salary and good staff discounts.
