We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Area manager who is ready to run projects and contribute to one of the key focus areas for the bank Credit risk modeling. In order to be successful in this position we believe you are creative thinking and can lead and drive various initiatives across Baltics. The role requires a hands-on executor approach and strong business orientation. Cross-collaboration and interaction with other teams with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery are the essences of our daily work.

Youll be the right fit if you have:

• Knowledge about IRB credit risk modeling principles
• Awareness of business analysis and credit granting processes
• Project management and good writing skills
• Solution-oriented mindset and drive to make a difference
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and holistic process view
• Positive and energetic personality
• Fluent English, spoken and written, as you will be working within an international team
• Database knowledge and previous work in related area is an advantage
