Tööülesannete kirjeldus

Learn how to coordinate all operational aspects of physical trading books' activity;
Provides day-to-day oversight of desk operations team, providing support and guidance to a group of Operators and Traders;
Ensure Operators safely and cost-effectively turn a physical trade into reality, per the contractual terms;
Learn to assess operational and business risks, minimizing impacts which may impede success or growth of the Group and escalating those which require additional mitigation.
