LEAD DEVELOPER (DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)

The Document Management System (DMS) provides documents long-term storage solution, conversion and distribution of documents to both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for developing internal applications used for document management in accordance to business requirements. This is an existing application package, so expect some bug fixing, refactoring and optimization. Completely new software application development is also expected. This is a great opportunity to work on a key piece of software that is used daily by thousands of users within the company.

Requirements:

You have solid experience developing on Java EE and have experience with the following frameworks: Spring, JPA/Hibernate, JUnit, Mockito, Gradle

  • You know how to build large enterprise applications
  • Good experience with relational databases: Oracle DB (PL/SQL), MSSQL or similar
  • Understanding of communication via FTP, Web Services and JMS
  • Academic degree of computer sciences or equivalent education/knowledge
  • First experience with agile software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
  • Creativity and joy in the development of innovative solutions
  • High level of initiative, communication skills as well as a goal-orientated and structured working method
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
