IT PROJECT MANAGER
As an IT project manager you are responsible for the success of your projects
You will maintain a beneficial relation to all project stakeholders. In particular you will foster an effective working relation with your internal customers and report to the IT management on a regular basis
You will be in charge of project planning, execution and control
You will lead and support your – usually distributed – project team to fulfil the project goals
In alignment with the involved line managers you will maintain the capacity planning of your projects
You will support initiations of new projects, in particular by providing reliable cost estimations and by preparing budget decisions
Master degree in computer science or similar
Several years of experience as project manager for agile software development projects, experience in infrastructure projects is beneficial
Motivating and result oriented management style
Experienced in leading distributed, multicultural teams and teams above twenty members
Expert knowledge of project management and agile methodology
Expert command of project planning and controlling tools
Fluent spoken and written English, German skills are advantageous
Very good communication and presentation skills
Good knowledge of IT architecture and development tools
