Hurtigruten Estonia OÜ is the Estonian branch of the company, focused on telephone and web sales and a wide range of support functions. There are over 196 employees from 20 different counties working here in Hurtigruten Estonia OÜ Tallinn office. We are looking for: 


Job tasks and responsibilities

• Managing functional and non-functional system requirements

• Compiling and prioritizing developer tasks

• Maintaining Product Backlog

• Validating requirements and auditing software deliveries

• Leading Review and User Acceptance Process

• Supporting Continuous Delivery and Process Improvement



• Excellent written and verbal English language skills

• Experience working in a role of System Analyst or Product Owner

• Throughout understanding of Software Development Process

• Good analytical skills

• Results-oriented and attentive to details

• Self-motivating working style and good planning skills

• Ability to communicate with stakeholders

Beneficial skills

• Familiar with Java and .Net based application development

• Familiar with environments and DevOps related requirements

• Understanding of Software Development Quality Models

• Experience with Agile Development Methods

• Scrum Master experience

• Ability to coach a team in process and performance improvement initiatives
