  • Conducting telephone research in order to verify international education and employment facts provided by our clients' companies prospective job applicants
  • Promoting & maintaining positive customer relations
  • Persistently finding the appropriate source/contact to verify information (Internet search engines/yellow pages/ schools/organizations, etc.)
  • Input thorough & accurate notes updating the status of each International request
  • Provide timely follow-up/follow-through on all International requests until they are completed.
  • Inbound & outbound customer service contact (i.e. answering questions, providing report status)
  • Obtains professional references to access applicant’s previous international work history
  • Must ensure international verbal requests are worked on and updated daily
  • Analyzes and evaluates collected data

Position requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6 months to 1 year prior work experience in a customer service/support role
  • Must be multi-lingual (fluent:speak/write/read)— French and English
  • Working knowledge of the internet and MS office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be organized and be able to manage time well
