We are looking for professional
BEAUTY ADVISOR (IN DOOR SALES)
Who will deliver excellent customer service using appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge and to work as part of the team ensuring smooth day to day operation of the store. Your focus will be on the customer experience, KPI achievement, merchandising in terms of housekeeping and visual initiatives.
Main tasks are:
maintain customer relationship and after sale service;
deliver excellent customer service through identifying customer needs;
demonstrate good brand knowledge, link products and close the sale;
maintain customer database cards and cultivate loyal customers by providing complimentary beauty consultations, free gifts .
Expectations to the candidate:
2 years retail sales experience - preferably in cosmetics or in personal care;
English language is a must, Arabic is a plus;
excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships;
comfortable with taking initiative, but also team oriented and collaborative in working style;
strong selling skills, high integrity and a high degree of professionalism;
effective communication skills, team leading skills and outgoing personality;
strong passion for beauty;
enjoy working in highly competitive, fast-paced environment;
ability to work with flexible schedule including morning, evening, weekends.
