To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for Customer Experience Manager to join our team in Estonia. If you can and want to work in a dynamic environment in a team of challengers, have a proactive attitude, produce an infinite number of ideas - welcome U aboard.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Customer Support: Provide an online support to local clients on the destination.
- Problem Resolution: Promptly address and resolve problem situations.
- Partner Cooperation: Collaborate with partners, including agencies and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
- Another Support: Remote sales of excursions, hotels, other company's services (if needed).
Professional experience and skills:
- Customer service and sales experience of at least 1 year, experience in tourism on guide position (would be an advantage)
- Professional education in the related field
- Creativity, positive thinking, ability to take responsibility, proactive
- Experience in the Tourism Industry (would be an advantage)
- Grammatically Correct Speech: ability to communicate effectively with correct grammar
- Language Proficiency: knowledge of both Estonian and English, Russian would be an advantage
- Trainability: quick and efficient in learning new skills and processes
- Stress Resilience: capacity to remain calm and effective
- Teamwork Skills: ability to collaborate effectively with others in a team setting.
