Expectations for the Candidate

- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You speak English and Italian fluently
- You have good writing skills and you can manage the work with MS Excel
- You are able to respond quickly to our customer inquiries
- You have willingness to learn and be attentive
- You have preferably some automotive knowledge
- You have preferably experience in support-related role
- You are willing to work on-site in our Tartu office
Job Description
In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to work with customers from around the world, enhance your communication and negotiation skills, and become an expert in our industry.
You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp messages. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing overall customer experience.
