Are you interested in Financial Markets products and business process management?In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
  • Initiate, coordinate implementation and maintain product/service sales, after-sales, business support and compliance related processes of Financial Markets products;
  • Provide support in integration of 3d party solutions internally;
  • Initiate and participate in process optimization activities, seeking to increase business efficiency;
  • Proactively suggest creation of new or improvements of existing processes and business management tools;
  • Provide support in monitoring and quality assurance for existing processes;
  • Participate and support in creation of trainings and competence awareness materials;
  • Coordinate with IT cross-functional team to develop business process requirements;
  • Work in agile way of working.

What is needed in this role:
  • Fluent Estonian language and English;
  • University degree in the field of economics, finance, business administration and management, law, information technologies, process management field or great reason not to have one;
  • At least 2 years of experience of Markets products either in sales or product ownership area or experience of ownership of any other product;
  • Great grasp of standard Microsoft Office software and experience of applications in use in Markets product area;
  • Strategic mind-set, combined with good networking and interpersonal skills;
  • Influencing and negotiating skills seeking to achieve set objectives;
  • High degree of stress tolerance combined with high level of motivation and perseverance;
  • Excellent ability to express oneself in writing and orally;
  • At least basic knowledge of Agile way of working.
