What we offer
We are offering an interesting job opportunity for a customer service-minded person with an academic background in for example logistics, international business or supply chain management. This would be a great opportunity for a student or a recent graduate to develop and gain valuable work experience.
Job description
During the summer, you will get to know customer service and order-delivery chain processes and work as a part of an international work community with various stakeholders. Your work could consist of for example the following tasks:
- Cargo readiness
- Import containers release
- Invoice issuance
- Responding to inquiries from B2B customers by email
Requirements
We require good Estonian and English language skills as well as the ability to learn new processes. The tasks also require accuracy and attention to detail, as well as good IT skills. The duration of the employment and salary are agreed on a case-by-case basis.
